Wynn`s Diner in Asheville

Hands down my favorite breakfast joint. Dine in or carry out, the service is always homey and attentive. One of the only retro, authentic diners left in town. Food always phenomenal and prices to match! I only wish they didn't close so early in the day, I crave breakfast all the time!

Friendly service. Quick and cheap breakfast! Been twice now, and they are consistent with both yummy food and good service!

I go every Friday morning with my niece. Even a (New York) city guy like me can appreciate great food. Prices are VERY reasonable, the food is insanely good and the staff makes you feel welcomed.If you don't try this place, you must not want to eat.

If you're looking for Mountain hospitality and Mountain cooking, surrounded by a simple and solid atmosphere of Mountain diner tradition.... This is the place for you. No pretense here, come as you are.

This place has a nice, homey feel to it. You have all of the typical Southern pleasantries from the friendly waitstaff. The food is good but don't expect anything too fancy, it has a simple-ish menu with no frills. The prices are good and the sausage links are super tasty. If you want comfort food, this is a great place to go.

This diner was really good! I had the breakfast club (sausage, bacon, egg, cheese, lettuce, tomato on texas toast) and it was delicious and filling. Would definitely recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a good local diner.

Dropped off my car in Asheville and noticed this diner on the way to the garage. Decided to try it on the way back and we were glad that we did. The service was quick and friendly, the food was delicious. The atmosphere just made you feel comfortable, like you'd grown up coming here. I'm sure that once we go back to pick my car back up, we'll stop back in here again. My wife had the pumpkin French toast and she was over the moon with it. The taste that I got from her plate was awesome. I had what they called the kitchen sink which was a little bit of everything. Maybe next time we can try the lunch menu. Either way, a return trip is definitely in our future.

Great local joint for a quick bite! Breakfast all day and great waffles! I personally like the party melt with swiss cheese and mushrooms. Add bacon for the perfect sandwich! Fried okra is some of the best around! We will be back soon!

Best cheeseburger I've had in a very long time. Best French fries of anywhere. Terrific waitress service. Very friendly!

Ate here for the first time today and I thoroughly enjoyed it. On the weekends I usually make a trip to the Waffle House but today I wanted to try something a little different and I'm glad I branched out. One thing I enjoy about this restaurant is you can get anything on the menu anytime of the day so if you go in at 8 in the morning and decide you want a hamburger you can do that or if you go in at 2 in the afternoon and you want breakfast you can do that as well. I believe in order to give this place and honest review I need to eat here a few more times but overall my first impression is good. I recommend instead of going to The Waffle House or some other chain restaurant give this place a try and support local business.

Delicious! Eggs were prepared perfectly. Coffee was fresh. Server was top rate. My grandson and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

We’ve been going to Wynn’s for years and it’s always solid- the hashbrowns, link sausage, and ranch are top favorites. Great price point and great service!

Wynn's is a winner and a unique place. The waitresses, cooks and workers make the place special. It is an old school diner not real fancy. If you are a "foodie" looking for a meal that requires a phd to know what you are eating this isnt for you. This is just good basic food.

I love this place. I've been dozens of times, the food is solid diner food at a great price (go with the "Big Mountain") and the staff is amazingly friendly. Kind of tucked away, it's definitely worth a stop over waffle House or anything like that

Everything sat in a puddle of grease. Half of the food was burned, the other half undercooked. My pancake felt like it was cooked 2 days ago. Everything was cold, besides the eggs they cooked fresh, that they forgot to bring out the first time around. I was double charged for two items and then charged for drinks I didn't order. The quality of the food is horrible. It took them forever to get the food out. This used to be a really good place! What happened!? I used to recommend this place to everyone! We will never be back.

Best breakfast in town. Pumpkin stuffed french toast and omlets are the Best! I could be a regular here.

Wonderful diner. Waitress did not top off my coffee. She dumped cold coffee and poured fresh coffee. This has never been done in all the years of eating out. That's great customer service.

By far the best breakfast bargain there is in Asheville. Food is amazing, staff is even better. Went on a Sunday morning around 1230 with a buddy and got a table immediately. For the amount of food you get, the prices are insanely low. Absolutely plan on making it a weekly tradition to dine here.

I have always loved Wynn's but today was not a good experience. When I called to place our order, the girl was very rude. When I picked it up, it was a different, nicer girl but the food was awful. My co-workers and I ended up throwing most of it away. :-(

I love the kitchen sink. A bunch of breakfast stuff piled in a big bowl. Great hangover breakfast.

Great Breakfast diner with very friendly waitresses. It can get extremely busy in the morning, but the meals are always cooked super fresh and quickly despite that. The only downside is they close rather early arround 3-4pm and if they are packed you may wind up waiting.
